A lithe form moved through a tree next to the large house where Fenris and his companions stayed. Claws dug into the bark of the branch and light blue eyes narrowed on the open window on the second story. With two strong bounds the pure white wolf cleared the window sill and entered the house with only a small thud. With its nose to the ground it slipped quietly out the bedroom door and down the hall with only the small click of nails on the wood floors.

Fenris was sitting by the window when he heard claws. He thought at first that these were Anas or Fenris, but the claws carried a different tune. He silently Shifted and made his way slowly towards the noise.

The slender form moved from door to door as it made its way down the hall, searching for stronger scents. It was slowly approaching the door to Ana's room when it heard something coming towards it. Lips pulled back in a silent snarl as it spun to see who was coming up the stairs. The smell of a Were filled the air, but it wasn't Fenris and it made the hackles on the wolf's neck stand up.

Ash had turned a smokey gray when he had changed himself that day at the Rogues house. He bent low to the ground a kept his ears bent against his head.

At the sight of the other Were the white wolf spun and dashed down the hall. It darted into the closest open door and skidded to a halt when it found itself in a windowless room.

Ashton huffed out a bark and chased her, keeping a slight distance in case she attacked him.

The white wolf spun around and slowly backed up until it felt the wall behind it, a low growl filling the room. Fenris should have been the only one in the home and he's no where in sight. it thought, panicked.

Ashton lay down on the floor to show that he meant no harm.

Light blue eyes studied him closely before a loud warning growl rumbled from the wolf's throat, telling him to stay back. With a shudder and a blur the white furred form turned to a delicate, graceful human body. Light blue eyes gleamed and a scowl marked her doll shaped face. Long, white hair flowed down over her slender shoulders and down her back to her hips. A short white almost tutu styled dress with billowing sleeves was fitted to her petite body. She wore white ballet slipper styled shoes with long white ribbons that wound around her long slender legs to tie in small bows just bellow her knees.

Ashton stayed in his wolf form until he knew it was safe. He Shifted into his human self. His hair had grown longer and was slighty shaggy.

The girl watched him intently, her light blue eyes studying every move he made. She was sizing him up to see what she should do next. Finally she shifted her weight and put her hands on her hips. "Who are you, what are you doing here, and where is Fenris?" she demanded, her voice almost bell like despite her sharp tone.

Ashton stood calm and careful.I am Ashton, Fenris brought me and my sister here and He is out.

The girl never took her eyes from him, but she was carefully thinking over his words. "Your sister? Who is she?" she asked. "Why did Fenris bring you here?"

I dont know. He just did.He answered.

Blue eyes narrowed at his answer. The girl knew Fenris didn't bring people along with him without a reason and the man smelled like a newly Changed Were as well as the scent of the female in the house. Suddenly she tilted her head as if listening to something just as the front door opened and shut. She sniffed the air and a grin spread across her face. Fenris was back.

Ashton heard Fenris and sighed. He slunk off to another section of the house.

The white-haired girl let out a vicious snarl and lunged towards the door before Ashton had even gotten partway down the hall, Shifting in mid-air. The white wolf went barreling down the hall, shoving past Ashton and towards the stairs with hackles raised.

Ashton rolled his eyes and sunk into one of the big couches in the living room.

Fenris entered the living room and spotted Ashton. "Did you tell Ana?" he asked, just in time for the wolf to come barreling down the stairs towards him. With a yelp it stumbled on the last step and went rolling head over tail across the ground, sprawling in a growling and whining mass of fur at a wide eyed Fenris' feet. "Careta?!" he exclaimed.

Ashton didn't answer him, looking out the window instead. Ana had gone to the town to fetch food.

Fenris growled at Ashton's lack of response before focusing on the growling wolf that was getting to its paws. With a snarl the wolf shifted back to the girl. She glared at Fenris with her hands on her hips before a choked sob burst from her throat and she launched herself at Fenris. Fenris stood wide eyed as she wrapped her arms around his neck and sobbed loudly.

Ashton rolled his eyes and stared out the window moodily.

"I've been searching for you for years! Where have you been?" Careta exclaimed through her tears. "I knew they hadn't killed you, but I couldn't find you. You disappeared! You left and you can't even imagine the shock when I went back to the pack and found every one of those idiot alphas dead. Then when the elders told me you had killed them and left I tried to trail you and I nearly stumbled right into a nest of Vampires!" she growled/sobbed/snarled all at the same time as she nearly strangled him with her strong arms.
