I think so.She whispered.

"Do you have so little faith in your mother?" she asked.

Raven's eyes widened in surprise and her fur stood on end. "Sweeney would kill Rosetta?" she asked, a hint of a snarl in her voice.

She threw up her hands.That's the thing, I don't know!

"Then perhaps I have an idea. You should ask him to go for a walk or something and make sure he is far from the home and then you can tell him. Just to be careful you may want Rosetta and Anthony to take the twins for a small walk as well, that way he can't find them if he storms back to the house. You can leave the dog here if you want. No one will miss him." Raven suggested. "I can go with you just in case you need help." she added.

She groaned on frustration.I can't say the words. I wish there were somebody else to talk to him for me.She muttered.

"I could speak with him, but it would probably still be a good idea if you were there." Raven offered.

She nodded uncertainly.Okay.

"When shall we go?" Raven asked standing up.

"I'll go and get Sweeney now. The moment I get him out of the house I need you to get the twins and Anthony into Rosetta's room. Anthony can lock the door just in case something happens. I'll meet you at the south end of town." Raven told her quickly, as she jumped down from her perch.

She nodded, her face set in a mask of fear. She turned to go and find Anthony.

Raven watched her go before padding out of the room and into Sweeney ans Rosetta's room. "Sweeney we need to talk." she told the man after making sure Rosetta was asleep.

Sweeney looked up from were he was sitting.What about?

Rosetta looked over her shoulder towards the door to the room and shook her head. "It's important, but I can't tell you here." she told him in a hushed voice, her tail twitching nervously.

He raised an eyebrow but bent to kiss Rosetta on the forehead and stood up.Where do you want me to go, cat?

Johanna was busy with Anthony.Lock yourself and the twins in here, okay? Just do it.She was saying to them.

"Follow me." Raven told him before padding out of the room and to the front of the house. She leaped at the door handle and caught it in her paws. She jerked her body to the side and the door swung open. She jumped to the ground and padded out of the house and to the street where she headed towards the south end of town.

Sweeney followed her slowly. Johanna quickly followed ravens instruction, making sure everybody was locked away securely. She followed Sweeney a little way behind him.

Raven finally stopped once she reached the more secluded south edge of town. She stopped and turned to face Sweeney. "I will warn you now. You need to think before you react to what you are about to hear." she told him as she waited for Johanna to arrive.

His face grew suspicious. What? What did you do? he asked quickly. Johanna caught up with them. Sweeney looked at her.Why are you here, love?

Raven just shook her head. "I haven't done anything. Yet, anyways." she told him, her tail twitching nervously. She looked up at Johanna and dipped her head. "Will you tell him or do you want me to?" she asked the woman.

She opened her mouth, then shook her head, gesturing her to do it. His eyes whipping back and forth.What is this?

Raven nodded and moved to stand protectively in front of Johanna, despite her small size. She gave Sweeney a stern look. "You should listen closely, because I'll only say it once." she hissed. "Due to your unpredictable anger and actions we have brought you clear across town to tell you news that should fill you with pride, but that your own daughter fears that you will be enraged over. Johanna is expecting children of her own soon. She is pregnant and she is afraid that you will hurt Anthony." she told Sweeney, watching cautiously for any signs of aggression. "Before you get angry over nothing just think about how happy Rosetta would be to hear that she was going to be a grandmother. I can tell you now that she would be filled with joy after only recently turning a mother herself. Would you crush that happiness with anger?" she asked.
