Rosetta let go of Sweeney and took a step back. "I'm sorry...I promised her I wouldn't say anything." she told him quietly, feeling guilty.

He looked at her with hurt eyes.So my wife and my daughter lied to me.His voice was monotone.

Rosetta shook her head. "No Sweeney. I would never lie to you." she whispered. She truly hadn't lied to him, she just hadn't told him what was happening to Johanna.

He shrugged.I supposed we'll just see.He walked out of the room.

"Sweeney? Where are you going?" Rosetta asked him in a panic as she darted to the door.

Out.He growled. He needed to go outside to clear his thoughts.

Rosetta froze in the doorway and leaned against the frame. She slowly slid to the floor as tears fell from her eyes. She hadn't meant to make him mad. Raven padded up behind her and nuzzled her face gently before turning and moving over to the twins. She grabbed Alexander by the back of his shirt and gently carried him over to Rosetta, placing the baby in his mother's arms. She turned back and lifted Logan the same way and looked at Anthony. She flicked her tail in a sign to follow him and padded out of the room and to the kitchen where Johanna was.

Anthony was slow at getting the message but Quickly got up and followed.

The large black panther carried Logan over to Johanna before letting out a small growl. It wasn't one of anger, just a soft growl to get the woman's attention. The small infant swung quietly from Raven's grip on his shirt, his eyes wide.

Johanna turned around and instantly took the child from Raven.

Logan let out a surprised murmur when Johanna lifted him up, still staring down at the huge cat. Raven purred softly before turning serious. "You two will be under my protection until I am certain Sweeney is no longer a threat." she said, speaking to Johanna and Anthony. "I won't let him get past me again." she growled.

Johanna shook her head.I don't want you to hurt my father.She mumbled. Anthony pulled her into his chest.

Raven sighed. "I won't hurt him, but I won't let him stab me in the chest again." she told the woman, a low growl edging her words. Logan squirmed in Johanna's arms when he heard the growl.

Johanna quickly soothed him.You were on him. His chest isn't as good as it used to be.

Logan stopped squirming, but he moved so that he could look down at the huge cat. Raven saw the infant looking at her and stifled another growl. "Stabbing a razor into my chest was a little bit of an overreaction when I was trying to protect your husband." she retorted, looking from Johanna to Anthony.

My husband was exactly what he was after, if it's one thing about my father it's never stand in his way if he's trying to kill someone.She exlaimed.
