Rome stroked her hear softly. "What do you mean? Are you talking about the blood?" he asked. "Did drinking your blood make me a..." the question trailed off, he didn't think he could ask it.

Her long body tensed.You drank my blood? She looked up at him with a horrified expression on her sweet face. Not only was he in danger, but there had been stories of pregnancies occurring from exchanging blood. She was less worried about the latter, however, at the moment.

Rome looked at China, even more confused and worried. "You told me to..." he mumbled, confused. "China what is going on? What aren't you telling me?" he asked.

She would only know the next day, but she thought she could feel... another energy inside her... she looked up at Rome and her voice came out strained.I could... I could be... She looked at him, barely able to say the words and locked gazes with him, hoping he would understand.

Rome looked at China, his eyes filled with worry. "You could be what?" he asked her nervously. Horrible possiblities filled his thoughts. He was terrified that he may have hurt her or worse by taking her blood.

She looked down.I could be pregnant, Rome. She said it quickly and kept her gaze downwards, scared of what he might think.

(Again like most typical men Rome's about to...)

Rome's eyes widened in complete shock. The next moment he fell to the ground with a loud thud, unconsious.

(Like all tough men when they hear the news he fainted.)

China jumped back, stood back up, cursed and went to find Silva. She stood outside and looked around to see if she could spot him.

Silva's tattoos glowed brightly the moment he saw China in the entrance but stopped when he noticed her eyes were back to normal. He suddenly heard hoofbeats and looked over to see Senshi charge out of the trees, nickering and prancing nervously. The stallion had felt Rome's overwhelming shock. "What's going on?" he asked China as he jumped from his perch on the boulder. Thistle jumped down as well and landed beside Silva, keeping an eye on the worried horse. She sniffed the air around China and growled in confusion at the faint odd smell coming from her.

She turned and gave him an apologetic look.I gave Rome some... surprising news and he fainted. On the floor.

"Surprising news?" Silva asked. "Do I even want to know?" he grumbled as he headed into the hideout towards Rome, Thistle following as Senshi waited for China.

China came, stopped when she felt a weird pang in her stomach, and followed again. She knelt down by Rome's head. The air had shifted around her to give her a purple tank and dark blue skinny jeans with black ankle boots.

Silva rolled his eyes when he saw Rome on the floor. He knelt down beside Rome and cast a small spell that let him pull moisture out of the air. Once he had a large amount of water floating above his glowing hands he dropped it on Rome's face.

Rome jerked upright with a surprised yell. He shook his wet hair and glared at Silva.

China was now sitting next to Rome, her hands on his shoulder.

Rome reached up and put his hands on China's. "How is it even possible?" he asked, looking back at her.

She took a deep breath and let it slowly out through her nose.During the War, vampires needed a simpler and more dignified way of largening their numbers. So... they started to reproduce by swapping blood.

"War?" Rome asked at the same time Silva shouted, "Reproduce!?" Silva's eyes were wide with disbelieve and shock.

The war of blood. Happened in 1432. Not a pretty sight. When Silva shouted she turned her head to him and gave him an apologetic look. She looked at Rome again.We need to go to my brother.

Rome ignored his stunned friend and looked at China, confused. "You have a brother?" he asked. He barely noticed Silva as the silver haired man started to pace. "How can this happen? I've never read about it. It wasn't even mentioned in the Texts. What does it mean for the Hunter's knowledge? How did we not even hear of it?" he mumbled as he paced the entire length of the room, back and forth.

Yes. I did used to be a normal human you know. She smiled at Rome and stood up.Come on.

Rome stood up beside China, his legs a little shaky. "I take it he's a vampire as well?" he asked her. He jumped in surprise when he heard a growl from beside him. He looked down to see Thistle looking at China. He could have sworn she looked confused. She took a step closer to China and her nose twitched as she sniffed her.

China took Rome's arm and pulled him towards the mouth of the cave.How did you know? Come on, there's only one way to his house.She tensed when Thistle got near, but she didn't know why. She looked worriedly.Is he okay?

"Only one way?" Rome asked, confused. He felt Thistle push against his legs and looked down to see her trying to circle China. The black wolf was sniffing the air around China. She suddenly froze and looked at Silva intently. Rome realized Thistle was talking with Silva. He looked up at his friend to see him nodding. "What's up Silva?" he asked. "Thistle is wondering if we should inform the Hunters." he told Rome quietly.

China's head whipped around.The Hunters? What's to inform them about?

(They are a combination of humans and spellcastors that hunt vampires.)

Rome gasped and grabbed China in his arms tightly. "They'd kill her and the child." he growled. "You don't know that." Silva told him. "Yes I do! All they are is killers!" Rome shouted. "We don't kill Innocents we only kill the Guilty. It is vital that we have all the information that is possible, I wouldn't let them kill your child unless it killed an Innocent." Silva protested. "I won't let you or anyone harm any child of mine." Rome snapped.
