Rosetta nodded and leaned her head against his chest. "How do you think she'll react? Do you think she'll be happy?" she asked quietly.

"I'm sorry if I made you mad..." Rosetta whispered. She pulled back enough so that she could look up at Sweeney. "Do you know if Johanna is home?" she asked.

Johanna, however, was not. She was with Anthony.I don't.

Rosetta nodded and sighed. She rubbed her eyes sleepily. "Why am I so tired? I slept all night." she mumbled.

Rosetta followed Sweeney but didn't get into bed. "What about all the cleaning? I haven't even made breakfast." she said, trying to cover a yawn.

He pushed her down.I'll handle it. You've been through a load. Just rest.

"But-" Rosetta protested even as she sat down at his push.

He continued pushing her until she was lying down.No buts

Rosetta crossed her arms over her chest and stuck her bottom lip out, pouting. She hated feeling useless and the last thing she wanted to do was lay in bed, no matter how tired she was.

He chuckled and kissed her forehead.There's more where that came from if you behave.

Rosetta continued to pout, but she was trying to hide a smile. "I don't know...I'd have to think about it." she said, as if she were contemplating it.

He chucked her under the chin like a child and walked downstairs.

Rosetta stuck her tounge out at him as he turned away and left. She sighed when he went out of sight and laid back on the pillow, suddenly realizing how tired she really was.

Sweeney made her a cup of hot tea, exactly how she liked it. He brought it up, careful not to spill.
