"Good night little ones." Enzo smiled at them. "Good night Hope." Enzo touched his nose to her cheek lightly then walked to his nest and lay down.

She flicked her ear, whereas th pups chorused, before collapsing into a heap.

Enzo smiled and closed his eyes.

Enzo woke up early the next morning and pushed off tue ground to fly overhead, he saw a big fat moose and flew down to get it. He brought it back to Hope and the pups and gently set it down in front of their nests. He flew away again and landed in the forest, just wandering around.

Hope awoke to pups attacking her. She snarled, shaking them off, and hopped from the nest. She saw the moose, but couldn't see Enzo. She grabbed the eldest five pups, one at a time, and roughly placed them on the ground. Hope pulled a leg from the moose, and dropped it in front of the oldest litter. They carefully sniffed it all over. Then Nori took a bite, ripping off a small chunk. She seemed to like it, and ripped off more. The other four attacked the leg hungrily. Hope turned, and tucked into the moose, eating her fill. She jumped into the nest with the other seven wailing pups, and flopped down so they could nurse while the five ate until they were stuffed.

Enzo stayed in the forest for a long while, he finally returned to his nest.

The pup all yapped excitedly and leapt at him, forgetting the other moose half. Hope rested her head on the edge of her nest, sighing and closing her eyes.

"Do you want to see your land?" He looked at Hope with a questioning glance, asking if he could take them somewhere.

She shrugged when the pups yapped, begging her to say yes. "Be my guest." She leapt from her nest, trotting towards a stream, as the pups flooded at Enzo. "Just remember, you asked for it."

Enzo laughed,"Common kids." Enzo ran into the forest, pausing to let the pups catch up.

The pups pounded after him, excited.

He sped up, running to a place he had found this morning. A little pond about a foot deep and soft spongy grass. And petty little flowers.

Enzo turned around and started back off towards Hope. He was ready to try to win her over. He passed the pups and barked at them to follow him as he made his way to Hope,

The pups tumbled over each other, yapping. They hopped through the flowers after Enzo, lagging a little. Hope glanced up as she heard the unruly pups coming closer, and sighed. "Already sick of them?"

He laughed, "No. I thought I would let them play." He howled up to the air as a falcon came soaring down, he nodded to the pups and the falcon flew to them, landing in front of them,

The pups tilted their heads at the bird. One carefully stepped forward, sniffing at it.

Hope shrugged, walking a little away and laying in the sun. "As long as they aren't swarming over me, I don't care."

He laughed, laying down where hestood.

"Hi." the falcon grinned.

The pups yipped, and all pounced on the falcon, playing.

Hope looked him up and down, but then closed her eyes, soaking up the sun.

Enzo smiled, sighing.

Compass screached playfully and beaked(?) at the pups happily.

The pups all continued to play, yapping.

Hope opened one eye. "So, whaddaya want?"

Enzo looked up, "I just wanted to get to know you.... thats all."

Compass soared into the sky and flew around the pups in a circle.

She opened the other eye "well, if your trying to do it telepathically, it aint working."

The pups chased the bird.

He screeched and flew. the other direction.

He laughed, "Come on. Tell me about yourself."

"There's not much to tell."

The pups gave chase.

Enzo sighed, this may be harder then he thought.

Compass screeched and turned the other way, making sure to keep inside the boarders.

She couldn't help but laugh. "You're trying too hard."


The pups leapt after him.
