Bella let him grab her and tugged back with all her might, trying to throw him over her shoulder.

Ashton nodded and mumbled his thanks.

Fenris growled when he felt her pull back and let his entire body go limp except for his grip around her waist. Going limp caused his entire large frame to become nothing but dead weight which was enough to drag most people to the ground.

The Healer called out to Careta who quickly reentered the cave. "Take him to one of the smaller caves here so that I can keep an eye on him." she told the young alpha. Careta nodded before moving to help Ashton get up should he need it.

Bella felt him go limp and grinned. She went with the pull, flipping over to land on his back.

Ashton accepted the help and stood, swaying slightly.

Fenris growled in surprise when she flipped him over, landing with a loud grunt. He did, however, keep his grip, pulling her over with him.

Careta gently led Ashton down a short corridor that had multiple tunnels branching off in different directions. She brought him to one of the first of the inner caves and helped him to the fur lined bed that was against one of the walls. "I can go get someone to help you if you need anything." she told him. She had half a notion to stay and watch over him herself, but she wanted to give him an option.

Bella landed on the floor, her first ungraceful move.

Ashton shook his head.I'll be fine. Go and greet your pack members and don't worry about me. He said.

Fenris grinned when he managed to bring Bella down. He quickly leaped to his feet and crouched down into another fighting stance, ready to go on the defensive.

Careta looked at Ashton uncertainly before nodding tightly and leaving him alone in the room. She had no plans of going out and mingling with her pack mates, knowing she wouldn't be able to focus on anything until she was sure the man was alright.

Bella barreled straight into him, hoping to knock him down.

Ashton breathed a little easier as the pressure in his chest and head elevated.

(Okay so what I'm thinking is his parents actually were drugging him for his whole life because he was born dangerous, like really really powerful? What do you think?)

Fenris stood like a brick wall, not budging an inch. He grinned and wrapped his arms around the woman, pinning her arms to her sides.

Careta had just left the Healer's caves when she spotted one of the young girls who occasionally went out to pick herbs for the Healer. She quickly called her over and told her to go and keep an eye on Ashton. The little girl nodded before disappearing into the caves. She walked quietly into the man's room and sat down on a small stone set against a wall.

(Alrighty *Rolls sleeves up*)

Bella growled at him, struggling against his arms.

Fenris grinned before releasing her and shoving her a few feet away from him. He began circling her again, the grin not leaving his face.

Bella did not stumble. She stood and watched him as he circled, a scowl on her face.

Ashton sat up suddenly, breathing heavily, a thin sheen of sweat on his forehead.

Fenris grinned before starting to tighten the circle he was making, getting closer and closer to her.

The little girl sitting in Ashton's room jumped slightly when he suddenly sat up. She stood up when she saw the condition he was in, preparing herself to either help him or run and get the Healer.

Bella jumped over his head, grasping for his neck with her hands.

Ashton's gaze fixed on the girl for what seemed like a lifetime. He then looked confused.Who are you?

Fenris went to dodge Bella, but suddenly decided not to. He felt her much daintier fingers wrap around his thick neck and grinned. He quickly wrapped his arms around her waist and began to squeeze as he lifted her off of her feet.

The little girl had quickly lowered her gaze when the man looked at her, instinctively knowing that he was older and more dominant. "I was sent to watch you and care for you if you needed anything." she told him, her voice timid and quiet.

Bella bared her teeth and bit down on whatever bare flesh she could find, hard.

Ashton nodded.I'm fine, you may leave.

Fenris let out a shocked roar from the unexpected pain as her teeth sunk into his skin. Of course he had had worse bites in his time, but that didn't mean her bite only tickled.

The little girl froze at his words. She did not want to disrespect a guest with such a high status, but she knew that there was a good possibility of being punished if she did not follow Careta's orders.

Bella grinned, releasing him and scrambling backwards. Blood dripped from the sides of her mouth.

Ashton opened his mouth, about to repeat his order, but suddenly felt the world go black and fell back down into the bed.

Fenris clamped a hand over the bite mark, feeling blood ooze between his fingers. An irritated snarl burst from between his clenched teeth as he lunged forward, charging Bella like an angry bull.

The little girl squeaked in surprise when the man passed out. She quickly scrambled out of the cave, shouting for the healer and Careta.

Bella sidestepped quickly, ducking down to avoid being caught by one of Fenris' arms.

Ashton was now sweating and trembling profusely, the new power surging through his body.

Fenris found himself skidding past her before spinning to face her again, becoming extremely frustrated. Every time he tried to get her in his grasp she managed to get lose. He was finding it getting harder to contain his more feral side. He lunged again towards Bella.

Careta came skidding into the smaller cave with the healer and little girl hot on her heels. She dropped to her knees beside the bed and reached a hand out to lightly touch Ashton's forehead. "He's burning up." she muttered, looking up at the healer. The healer looked at the trembling, sweating man laid out on the bed, trying to figure out if it was the unsuccessful Change that was causing this.

Bella spun to the side, laughing as she went.

Ashton suddenly exploded out of his bed, lashing towards the healer with his teeth bared.

At the sound of Bella's laughter Fenris' small control over his temper finally snapped. Where her laughter was usually something he enjoyed, it was just enough of a taunt for his wolf side to become enraged. He suddenly Shifted almost against his will and charged at her at a much faster speed. His teeth were bared in a pure sign of aggression.

Careta scrambled back as the Healer leaped away from the man. Both of them let out shocked growls and the little girl ducked back towards the door, ready to flee if necessary. They both stood at a safe distance from Ashton in a slightly crouched position just in case they needed to dodge him. "Ashton?" Careta asked cautiously.

Bella grimaced and disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

Ashton slumped onto the ground, unconscious.

Fenris skidded to a halt when Bella disappeared. His human mind finally caught up with his actions and he Shifted back immediately, regret clear on his face. He had no idea why he had lost control. He hated losing control.

Careta shared a look with the healer before cautiously approaching Ashton. She carefully lifted him back onto the bed of furs before slowly backing away. They both needed to reassess what was going on and hopefully before the man woke up.

Bella appeared right behind Fenris and jumped onto his back.

Ashton opened his eyes and looked both of the women in the eye. He came towards them, holding onto the bedpost. The bed post snapped off in his hand and splintered. Ashton looked at his hands and then at the women again.
