Mmmm...He growled. Murder had become an addiction to him, like a drug.

Rosetta turned in Sweeney's arms so that she could face him. "Sweeney, what do you mean?" she asked, her voice starting to tremble.

His eyes were hungry for a minute before he blinked and turned his face away, slightly ashamed.

Rosetta reached up and cupped Sweeney's cheek in her hand. She pulled his face back towards her and reached up to kiss him lightly on the lips.

He wasn't as enthusiastic as normal. He did, however, lift her up on to the counter and held her hips while he kissed her.

Rosetta pulled back to look Sweeney in the eye. "What's wrong? I didn't make you mad did I?" she asked worriedly.

He shook his head slowly.I made me mad.

Rosetta tilted her head like a confused puppy. "What?" she asked.

I'm mad at myself.He turned his back to her.I'm addicted. It's sick and wrong but I can't stop.

Rosetta reached out and rested her hand on his shoulder. "I don't care. I will never hold it against you." she told him. "But...can we please keep our child away from any killing? I don't want it to get hurt." she whispered, her green eyes starting to glisten with tears.

He turned back slowly and shook his head.

(here come the mood swings again )

Rosetta's eyes suddenly turned hard. "And why not?" she demanded, crossing her arms over her chest.

With a father like me? What chance do they have?

Rosetta frowned and shook her head. "They have a perfectly good chance. You are Johanna's father and she hasn't done anything like that." she told him angrily.

He stepped up so that he was looming above her.That's because that son of a bitch( sorry) judge kept her locked away from me for 15 YEARS.He shouted the last two words.

(Uh Oh he's mad)

Rosetta's eyes spilled angry tears as she pushed Sweeney away from her. She jumped down off of the counter and stormed through the front door, slamming it behind her. She knew she shouldn't be angry, but she couldn't help it. She walked through the small town not caring where she was going or where she was at.

He growled as he watched her walk away. He marched to the back door and shoved it open so hard that the wall cracked. He stormed down the street and grabbed someone, pulling them into an alley.

Rosetta walked until she reached the edge of town. She looked out to where a few farms dotted the fields nearby. She moved over to sit in the shade of a large tree and leaned against it's trunk. Tears were falling freely now. She felt horrible for making Sweeney angry even though she hadn't meant to.

The man that Sweeney had trapped was panicking. Sweeney smiled cruelly at him and 5 minutes later he walked out, the poor man shivering and dying in his own pool of blood.

Rosetta stayed where she was until it started to get dark. She was afraid that Sweeney was still mad. She slowly stood up and started walking back towards the house, taking her time.

He walked away from the town, into the shadow. Blood dripped from his face and blade.

Rosetta entered the house quietly, closing the door softly. "Sweeney? Johanna?" she called out, her voice nervous.

Johanna walked through the back door.Hi mom.

Rosetta's entire body relaxed when she saw Johanna. "Hey sweetheart. Where have you been?" she asked, a smile on her face.

She cleared her throat.I've been... visiting a friend. A very good friend.She had been spending the last few hours making out, as it were, with Anthony.
