He snorted. "He is my son. But you are my beloved." he touched her ose to his, like she did oh so long ago. His eyes were passionate. "I love you."

"I love you more." Her eyes' spirit kicked in again. She buckd and ran toawrds the river,Torro speeding after her.

He chuckled as he watched them. He followed at a brisk trot, keeping them in his sight. His chest filled with pride as he watched his new family.

Angel splashed into the lake and Torro did as his mother,he threw water into her face.
Angel squealed,she splashedhis face in return.

He laughed, watching them from the shallows, the water to his knees. He glanced around, asif checking no one had dared enter their territory.

Angel stopped and splashed over to Talon,spraying him with water. She put her muzzle against his.


Torro came trotting over and lifted up his muzzle,the whole family had they're muzzles touching.

He breathed out, eyes full of love. He smiled, and lipped his mares forelock, and then his sons.

She grinned and whent to his side and threw her head over his withers like the first time.


Torro nursed and fell asleep by his mum standing up.

He nuzzled her withers gently, smiling.

She woke with a start,they couldn't sleep in water,what was she thinking? She picked up Torro and put him on his father's back and she trudged sleepily to the cave.

- You wake her up :p

He gently placed the foal on the floor of the cave, beside his mother. He stood abive them, watching outside.

Angel awoke and saw Torro was still sleeping,she got up and lightly whickered to Talon. "Morning Talon."

He blinked, and smiled. "Good morning, sunshine." he smiled.

She grinned and stood beside him,leaning against him.
(Torro has gotten bigger)
"Mum! Dad! Can we go swim?"

Talon shrugged. 'Ask your mother." he said, chuckling a little. He ran his muzzle down her neck gently.

"Sure we can lets go!" She started cantering towards the water.


Torro whinnied and took off after his mum.

Angel splashed into the water with Torro and they both laughed.

Talon sprinted after them, his muscles stretching out. He leapt, and landed in the water.

She nipped Talon's tail and spun around acting like she was playing with Torro.

Torro grinned and splashed his mum in the face. He reached up to her muzzle and rubbed against his mum. He just wanetd a nice calm swim. He swam deeper and into the middle of the lake.

Talon laughed, nipping her rump softly back. He watched his son cautiously, swimming to the sandbar near the middle so he was closer.

Torro saw his father worried,"It's okay dad,i'm fine!"

Angel stood were she was and pricked her ears' at a weird noise.

He continued to watch, and then glanced over at his mate. "What's wrong?" he asked, watching her.

He tilted his head, listening.

A bright red chestnut mare stepped to the shore of the lake, smiling nervously at Angel. Talon started to pin his ears, swimming towards shore.
