Redreed padded out of his den,"I don't think they're coming back tonight,just wait till tomarrow." He turned around and padded back in hoping Flowerstar would rest just because there medicine cat and warrior were missing.

She nodded, and stood, stretching. She sighed dismally. Her warrior was in love, her apprentices were happy and playful, and her medicine cat and warrior were in love." She shook the thoughts from her head. Her priority was to her clan. She jumped down to the middle branch, and climbed through the tunnel of branches and into her large, open den. She curled up in the moss and heather nest, tucking her paw over her tail. She closed her eys and slept.

Nightpelt swiftly stepped into the camp not making a noise,he slipped into the leader's den and curled up with Flowerstar.

The leader blinked her eyes sleepily, and looked at the shape. The scent that mingled with her own was familiar. She curled closer to the form, and fell into a confortable sleep.

Nightpelt quietly got up,making sure not to wake Flowerstar,he whent outside camp to hunt. He lowered his nose and found a large plump vole scavengering outside it's hole,he leapt on it and in one swift bite it was a breakfast for two. Dragging it back to camp he carried it into Flowerstar's den.

She flicked one ear, hearing someone in her den. She lifted her head and blinked sleepily, and then saw Nightpelt and the vole. She sat up, shaking her medium-length fur back into place, and blinked again. "Good morning."

"Morning Flowerstar! Did you miss me?" He grinned,they were kit hood friends.

She laughed, and batted at his ear. "And how, exactly, do you expect my clan would react to a total stranger entering the camp and sleeping in their leaders den?"

"Well..... Terrible,but i'm sorry I didn't have anything else to do!" He grinned one of those unreasistlbe grins she couldn't take.

She shook her head. "How'd you find me anyway?"

She rolled her eyes, and leaned down, taking a couple of mouthfuls of vole. She oushed the rest towards him. The floor of her den was flat, but you could still see tiny cracks where branches entertwined.

He grinned and licked her ear,"I already ate."

She finished the vole, and stretched out. Then she brushed past him and dwn onto the branch. She leapt directly to the ground, and headed towards the apprentice den. Then she changed her mind, and trotted back to the tree. "You wouldn't mind going hunting again? the fresh-kill pile is looking alittle... flat." she said, sitting at the base of the tree and looking up.

He nuzzled her cheek and replied,"Only if you go with me."

"I asked you first." she laughed, and headed towards the entrance.

(YESH kitty kitty for Flower over there)
He grinned and ran out ahead of her.

He ended up restocking the pile and then waiting for Flowerstar to bring back more.

She brought hers in, and dropped them on the pile. Then she padded to the apprentices den, prodding Tigerpaw roughly. 'Get up, lazy." she laughed, nefore turning and leavin.

Tigerpaw woke with a start,"Huh?What?Where?" He realized it was only Flowerstar,he got up and padded out of the apprentices den. He saw a stock pile of food but then he saw a stranger too,Food? Or safety? He trotted over to the stranger,"Hey um who are you and what are you doing in our camp?"

"Scuse me little feller but i'm Flowerstar's mate!" He grinned and batted his big paw over his ear.

"She deoesn't have one!"

She chuckled, trotting over. "Apparantly, I do. Don't worry, Tigerpaw, he's and old kit-hood friend. We grew up in the same nursery." she prodded his side. "Eat something, and then we go practice."

He sat there wide - eyed. "WHAT?!!!? Fine." He ate a small mouse and got up ready to practice.

She smiled, and trotted towards the entrance. The nightclan battle clearing was a circle of cyprus trees.

He trotted after her tail and head up.

She slipped into the battle clearing, and sat, waiting for her apprentice.

He softly climbed up the tree and pounced of Flowerstar.
