Snowfire snorted and turned his head to look at his back and then at Chelsea before looking at his back again. He stretched his neck and nudged her towards him.

Finally understanding, Chelsea climbed up onto his back, settling herself. She patted his withers on each side, making a soft rhythm. She smiled, and leaned down a bit to fix some one his mane that had flopped to the other side of his neck.

Once Chelsea had settled on his back Snowfire stood up. He nickered happily and moved forward into a smooth trot. He wanted to show Chelsea his dressage training.

(Chelsea doesn't know much about dressage xD)


CHelsea grabbed his mane gently as Snowfire moced into a trot. His gait was smooth, and his movement was beautiful. She looked down at in awe. She patted his neck gently, wondering what it was that he was doing.

(That's fine. Neither do I...lol )

Snowfire moved into a complex set of moves that moved him all over the pasture. He moved side to side and at difficult angles, slipping through different gaits as he moved. Sometimes trotting in small short steps before moving into high stepping long strides. Every transition was smooth and flawless. Hours of drilling the different moves when he was first taught never left his memory.

Chelsea gasped in astonishment as Snowfire carried her through a seried of complicated moves. She realized that it was dressage, and recognized his flawlessness. Earlier thoughts flooded into her head. Why would someone wrok so hard oon him, and just throw him away in an auctioned, dirty, and abused looking. She gently patted his neck again, praising him profusely.

Snowfire looked extremely pleased to have made Chelsea happy. He snorted and pranced over to the gate. He looked back at her and then towards the jumps a questioning look in his eyes. He was trying to ask when they were going to the show.

Chelsea almost fell backwards, as she had let her guard down. Catching herself, and sat forward a bit. When SNowfire stopped and looked at the jumping ring, she looked down at him. Then' she saw the question in his eyes, and chuckled. It's on Saturday. She said with a smile. It was Wednesday, so they had three days to prepare. She stroked his cheek softly, as she head leaned down and was now gently resting her head on his neck.

Snowfire nodded his head in understanding. He felt her lean forward and rest her head on his neck. He nickered softly and relaxed. He was becoming quite attached to the girl.

Chelsea smiled, and stroked his neck. His had already made his way into her heart, but she found her attachment to the stallion growing ever larger. She coughed lightly, and set her head back onto his neck, braiding his mane.

Snowfire heard her cough and looked back at her in concern. He hoped she wasn't getting sick.

Chelsea giggled, understanding his look of concern. It's okay. I just inhaled some horse hair. She said softly. She continued braiding his mane, laughing as the small patch she'd been working on was a mess of tangles and braids. She'd fix it later. HE sighed contentedly, and closed her eyes.

Snowfire snorted in contentment at her giggling and laughter. He let out a sigh and let his head droop till his muzzle rested in the thick grass. He let himself graze and enjoy the comforting weight of Chelsea on his back.

Chelsea had begun dozing off as she rested on Snowfire's back. She jolted awake a few minutes later, and looked around her. Where was she? And why was her bed...Oh. She smiled, and rested her head back onto the stallion's neck. She felt her eyelids getting heavy again. She realized that this was the first time in a while she'd had a real chance to relax, and she took it willingly, beginning to doze lightly.

Snowfire had been about to lift his head when he felt Chelsea wake up, but relaxed when she did. He nickered softly and continued to graze contentedly.

Chelsea woke again as she heard Snowfire's nicker. She yawned, and groaned. Did she have to get up already? She looked around, a realized it had been less than two minutes since she'd fallen asleep for a second time. Ugh. She needed to sleep more. She yawned again, and patted the stallion as he grazed. You're going to get fat. She joked. Her voice was drawn out with sleep, and she was still bleary eyed as she continued to look around at the ground.

Snowfire heard her comment and snorted, rolling his eyes. He was never going to let himself get as heavy as his past owner's daughter's pony.

Chelsea chuckled at his snort. Oh, right. You're too beautiful to get fat. She said cheerfully, grinning. She slid forawrd slightly along his neck so she could softly stroke his cheek.

Snowfire nickered softly and lifted his head when she reached forward. He didn't want to risk having her lean to far forward and sliding off his back.

Chelsea balanced herself as she reached, and then realized that Snowfire had lifted his head to keep her from falling. She petted his cheek lightly for a minute, before scooting back so he could return to his grazing.

Snowfire snorted softly and waited until she had settled again on his back before he returned to grazing. He slowly moved around the large pasture. Stopping to graze when he found a good patch of clover and sometimes at the creek for a drink.

Chelsea had to steady herself a few times to keep herself from slipping of of Snowfire as he made his way around the pasture. She quietly hummed to herself as he grazed, and chuckled as she joked every once and a while about how fat he was going to get. She stroked his sides softly, and inhaled his scent deeply. Why did horses smell so good?

At each comment Chelsea made about his weight he would simply snort indignantly and roll his eyes. He was walking along the fence closest to the barn when a thought struck him. Where were to other horses? He hadn't seen Belles or even Geo for a while.

Chelsea glanced up when she realized the were next to the fence. She noticed Snowfire's glances toward the barn, and she smiled. Want more company? She asked, half joking. She realized that she hadn't seen Belles sneaking out of the barn, and this worried her slightly.

Snowfire nickered at the comment. He would have thought that with Belles tendency of unlocking her stall door, she would have been outside a lot more.
