"Yes."She smiled and took his hand.She felt a little depressed though,you could tell it on her face.

She looked at him."Its just that.....you haven't asked me to the prom yet."She stopped and looked at him.

He swallowed.So many people in one place... so many minds chattering... so many hearts pumping...

She frowned slightly."Then i'll just ask Jacob."She started to walk again and began to call Jacob.

He looked away.You'd do that to me.

"Not as a date.Never,hes my best friend Edward.Your the one i love."She put her phone away.

She laughed to herself."Edward,hes my best friend and i've known him my whole entire life.My dad is friends with his family."

He clenched his hands. He flitted away to think straightly.

She sighed and got in the truck,driveing to Jacobs.

She got out of the truck and Jacob came out of the shed."April!"He came up to her and hugged her.She hugged him back and they both laughed."Hey um,about that call,i...Edward doesn't want me to go with you.""Its your life,not his."

He sat with his head in hiw hands. Tonight was the night that Jacob would turn. He had read it in his blood.

She smiled."Hey,wanna come over to house tonight?I have nothing else to do.""Sure!"He looked at the sky."Oops.Already dark.""But,Jacob,its sunset."She laughed and he opened the door for her.She laughed and got in.He started the truck and drove to her house.

He stopped the car and held the door open for her.She got out."Wait,why are you in that dress?"He frowned in his mind.

He ran to her house to defend her when Jacob turned.

(wait!remember,that happens in new moon.you have to kill james first and then my injures and everything.)



"I was going to meet Edwards parents but we didn't go tonight."He snickered and said,"I don't like Edward."

April was dreaming about her and Edwards secret meadow,she was old and..she woke up when there was a knock on the door.Her father came in and handed her a present.She sighed."Dad i thought i said no more presents.This wasn't from me,this was from your mother.This is from me.No wrapping paper."He handed a camera to her."Thanks dad."He left and she got ready for school.

She got out of her truck and waited for Edward.

Edward got out of his car and walked over to her.

She smiled and took his hands."Hello."She hoped he got her no presents.

He kissed her hand. Happy birthday, April.

She looked around."Thank you,but i don't want anybody finding out."She covered up her bite mark from James.

He laughed.What is it that you hate about birthdays?

"Attention and presents."Jacob walked over."Hi April."She looked at Edward and lowered her eyes.

He kissed her cheek, staking his claim, then walked off and left them alone.

She frowned then smiled when she turned to Jacob."Happy birthday April."He hugged her and looked at Edward.
