Notiro spun around. "Oh hey Lee,care to take a fly?"

She shook her head, smiling sadly. "No, thanks." She patted Nights neck.

She sighed and let her off. Climbing onto Laya Notiro took off towards the sky.

Lee watched in awe, and then looked away, at the fiery red sky. The sun was setting.

Notiro gave a defiant roar and dissapeared. "So now you know my secret Lee,care to tell me yours or do I have to ask Notiro?" She grinned at Lee,turning Laya around she started walking back towards the barn.

Night followed. "I don't have much of a secret." she shrugged.

She froze dead,Notiro... "What is your dragon's name?" She unfroze and kept walking Laya

She tilted her head. "Fedha." she said. "That's what I call him. It means silver. But I cannot reveal his name. It would break our bond." she said. Night dropped his head, lazily walking towards home. Cassie watched Lee with interest. "It's not a secret. It's a story."

She tilted her head. "I wouldn't know of these dragons." She said, choosing her words to make it so they could understand. "Where I came from, Dragons were a breed that thrived in the mountains, and one to be very cautious about too. Once a dragon has bonded with you, the bond is fragile. You break it, you die. But the bond is strong. The dragon chooses you, so it is not very common to have a bonded dragon in the city i came from. That's why I'm here." She shrugged. "I'm a bonder. And Fedha choose me. I was traveling to another ciy, to visit my uncle. Fedha landed before me, and practically jumped into my lap." she laughed softly. "Animals tend to be drawn to me. But I am careful not to bond with them. Only Night here, and Fedha." she finished, stroking her stallions shoulder.

She nodded gently. "I know of the Fire Tear. No living being lasts forever, with only few exceptions." she glanced at Cassie. "When a dragon dies, it gives a tear, called the fire Tear."

"So you do understand? Yes Notiro is one of the last young ones molded from earth and not clay and aurora."

Lee shrugged. "Where I came from, dragons were few, and we knew little of their history."

(Noooooope. But ill go along with it anyway )

Lee nodded and patted nights shoulder. Cassie picked up her reins and Lightning nickered. "We should start heading back."

They both nodded.

Lee laughed, and Cassie grinned. "Between us, you, and Denis, we're a miracle team." She clucked to lightning, and she started at a gentle lope. Lee and Night followed.

She sighed,"Yea."

Cassie rode next to her, smiling. Lee rode a little behind, lost in thought.

She looked down at her reins. Slowing to a walk. "I'm not to... Happy."

"How do you mean?" She asked, looking over at her. Lee looked up, listening.
