Lareta strode down the barn corridor,knowing that the four horses she rescued would be here by now. She raced to the trailer when she heard a scream, a squeal, and a whip whoosh. She grabbed the truck driver's shirt and threw him to the ground with such furiosity he fainted. She grabbed the apnicking stallion's lead. Mindspeaking with the fair stallion his name was Shirika(Shy-reek-uh)."Whoa Shirika." She calmed him and lead him out,his red-dark brown coat mudded up with scars along him and rubbing hobblet and face scarrs,you could see his bones. She growled in her head,putting him she heard anther squeal. Thats right! She ordered three other mares,one with a foal... She let Shirika to his stall,letting him in she hung his new nylon halter on his stall door,grabbed a bale of hay and dropping it in the stall. He started munching away,running back out there. The fainted guy had got up,he handed her the papers and muttered;"I'll be in the truck,knock on the back of the truck hard when you're done." He got into his truck. She quickly lead the chestnut mare and filly down the gateway,when she looked for the foal she gasped,there was twins!! That was rare,especialy when it was fall!! She lead them into a brooding stall and quickly got some milk,water and hay. She ran back out and grabbed the next mare,a black and white paint,fiesty she could tell. She lead her into her new home with the other mare,putting them beside each other's stall. She grabbed hay and water and refilled everyones' buckets. She mind-spoke with the rest of the horses. Here were the horses;
Shirika - A scarlet red stallion with a blue eye and a brown eye,he is a Thoroughbred
Mishi(Mare),Sia(Filly),Sorikoo{S-or-eek-koo}(Filly) - They are look alikes,the mother with the twins. They are a chustnut brown with black eyes.
Nozira - A cream palomino mare with grey eyes
Moshiba - A black and white american paint horse mare with green and blue eyes.

Cassies head poked from the tack room. "Oh my gosh!" She gasped, stepping out, Matty at her heels. "You coulda given some warning, I woulda set up all the stalls. They're all so pretty!"

"Yeah, in the crafthouse in the backyard. There's a machine for everything in there!" She laughed. She leaned on the stall door, watching the stallion. Matty scampered over to Lareta, her tail wagging hard, looking up with her blue eyes.

Shirika glanced up from his hay. He walked quickly over to her,throwing his head over the stall door. Snuffling at Cassie. "Great. If you'd like to mindspeak with him..." She'd done it again! Mindspeaking! "Yes,yes, I said mindspeaking. If you'd like too i'll start and let you in."

"You aren't the only one who uses it daily." She laughed. She stroked Shirikas cheek. hey there, Shirika. Do you like it here?

She laughed. You just wait, pretty boy.

She laughed again. Don't worry about it.

Lareta smiled," Now to figuire out how to engrave a name,drawing,nickname,and pronounciation!" She laughed.

Moshiba burst into Cassie's head Hi! i'm Moshiba! I love western! When do I get ridden? she questioned.

Nozira sighed, gaining slow in Cassie's mind, the old mare had light weight about 300 pounds. Sad. Hello Cassie. The old mare rasped.

Mishi gained her mind patiently, knowing her foals couldn't, Hello. I'm Mishi.

She gently pushed the $ares out, putting up seamless barriers. "To many voices." She said, rubbing her temples. "Its been a while."
