GoldClaw watched the clan cats doing there regualr jobs," I promise myself that i WILL e one of them someday just as i had done as a kit"

A calico she-cat darted across the clearing, bringing down a large rabbit. She dropped it, and sighed. She couldnt bring herself to eat it, though. She was thin, because she hadnt eaten ina while, because the feeling of loneliness had stopped her somehow. She was young though, and very pretty.

GoldClaw thoguht heard a sound, but he didnt trust himself. He sat in the shadows watching the clan go through daily life, he must learn how clan cats operate

Flowerstar looked up. She scented another cat. Well, that wasnt strange. There were many loners who came to this hollow. Maybe they wnted to be a warrior cat...... Her pelt prickled at the thought. "hello?" she called out.

GoldClaw jumped," Hello?" unsure

She sat, more comfortable now she knew someone was here. "I am Flowerstar." she called out, more friendly.

GoldClaw swiched his tail," And I am GoldClaw, where are you?" he calls

She laughs a mrow of laughter. "In the middle of this clearing over here." She pushes through the leafs, almost running into him.

GoldClaw swerves," greetings Flowerstar" dipping his head," and may i ask what clan do you lead?" his golden head tilted to the side and his green eyes curious

She sat, her tail wrapped around her paws. "Nightclan. But its not much of a clan yet. Just me....." she trailed off, looking down for a breif moment.

GoldClaw nods," And i am a loner or roamer"

She smiled. "If you are ever looking for a clan, i will welcome you." she said.

GoldClaw shuffled his paws," well its just that well..." he trailed off ( OMG tomorrow is my president speech AHHHHHHH!!!!!! NERVOUS!!!!!!!!!)

She blinked. "I can show you the territory, and maybe that will help you make up your mind.' she flicked her tail gently, friendlyly.

Gold looked away," its just that......" trailing off again," well if its just you, who will be the mentors? Warriors? Elders?" and his fur suddenly seemed to redder ( wow a cat blushing)

She shrugged. "Can you fight? Can you hunt?" she asked, her tail swishing behind her. 'There arent always elders and apprentices at first."

Gold smiled," Yes otherwise i wouldnt be here" his smile sad," My Mother, BrightWing, taught me before the clan got destroyed"

"So your a clan cat anyway." she said, eyes thoughtful.

GoldClaw nodded," Yeah, my father was DarkStar, leader of the Dark clan. Its a bit ironic becuase he was the brightest person.cat you can meet"

She smiled. "He sounds like a nice cat??person??*shrugs*" she flicked her tail. "You are welcome to join me in Nightclan. It kinda lonely to be living in such a large camp by myself."

GoldClaw lowered his head," its just that it will be hard to get used to a camp after so long."

She blinked knowingly. "I traveled for long after my mother was killed. I arrived in the empty clearing, and slowly it became my home. It always takes much to get used to things. Will you atleast visit?" she said gently, eyes soft.

GoldClaw nodded," of course

She flicked her tail, standing. "okay. its this way." the young cat was energetic again. She ran, pausing to check he was following.

GoldClaw followed. Wathcing the lands for any movement
