A palomino mare sprinted across the lands, charging past the borders with pinned ears. She slid to a stop in a clearing surrounded by cavern, and let out a fierce whinny, full of fury. Her coat glowed dully, a pale gold from the lack of sunlight. "Promise, get your ass out here right now." She yelled, voice carrying.

Promise's head poked out of a cavern, his body slowly slinking out behind him. "Yes, dear?" he purred slowly, letting no emotion in his voice.

Her silver eyes glinted as she glared. "Give me back Cloud." She said, taking a defiant stride towards him, ears still pinned. Her voice trembled slightly with anger, and her tail flicked side to side aggressively.

Shakira didn't like what she was hearing." Promise,what does she mean?"She asked,a little anger in her eyes.

She barely glanced at the mare. "She means she wants her son back. Now." Her voice was tight, her muscles tense so they wouldn't tremble.

"You took her son?!?!" She neighed madly,her tail swishing furiously.

Promise hissed. "Her son? No way. He's my son. I put the effort into creating him," he roared into Sunny's face, red eyes glowing brightly.

"But I'm the one who was pregnant with him, who gave birth to him, and who raised him. If you're gonna take him, leave something so I know. But right now, I want to take him home. So where is he?" She was full of equal rage, voice rough from yelling, eyes burning, penetrating him.

Shakira snorted,turning on the mare,"Maybe he wants to have him now. Leave him be! He doesn't have to give back whats rightfully his."She snapped,in an offensive postion.

Promise smirked. "You know, Shakira is correct." He held his head high in pride.

She pinned her ears. "Barely. I have more right to him. Than you, considering he isn't fully weaned yet." She stomped. "Now I've let you keep him for 3 days, he must be hungry, and Spots is wondering where he is. So bring him here.

(So my little buddeh has shown up again. I'm satisfied :3)"

*Cries* OH ROCKEH, PLEASE FORGIVE ME!

Promise blinked. "Mmm...Spots? Who is that?"

*Pats Head* No worries



"That's not important. What's important is that I get Cloud back home, okay? Please." Her voice was bordering despair, her silver eyes pleading.

YAY! *prances in circles*

Promise's cold black heart crumbled a little bit at Sunny. He sighed. He didn't want to give in to a female, but with that face....Promise rolled his eyes and called out,"King, wake up the kiddo. His mummy is here to collect him."

She sighed in relief, blinking slowly.

King slithered out of the cave, head down. Promise raised an eyebrow. "Where's my kid?" he demanded of the deamon. King stutteredout,"I-I don't know, Promise. He's not there." Promise reared in anger, coming down hard onto the ground. "WHAT?!" he roared, red spots glowing brightly.

Sunny stood sill, staring at the demon. She slowly spoke in a shaky voice. "For once, I hope you're lying."

King shook his head fearfully. "I'm not! He- he dissapeared!"

"No. No no no. This can't be happening." Her voice trembled, and she looked to Promise, terrified.

Promise reared in anger yet again. "FIND HIM," He screamed at his demon who immediately nodded and slithered away.

She flicked her ears back. "I think he tried to find his way back to my dome." She said quietly.

Promise's ears laid flat to his skull., the spots on his face, shoulders, and rum glowing a mad red. "Well then" he growled through his clamped jaw, " if you know where he is, why dont you find him?" His patience was running low.

"I was just saying, my cave... It connects to yours. And he knows it, because the back by the crevice has taken on your scent." She glared over at him. "You know, you're angry, but I'm terrified. That says a lot about our relationships with our son." Her voice wasn't harsh or criticizing, but somewhat regretful.

Promise sighed, calming down a bit. "I'm only mad because King disobeyed my orders. I'm not angry at Cloud, I'm just gonna be angry at anyone who stands in my way of getting him back safe and sound." His head drooped a bit. "I'm not heartless, you know. I'm every bit as worried as you are.''

She raised a brow thingy, and sighed. "Because I so stand in the way." She shifted, glancing around, antsy and scared.

(Sorry if my spelling sucks. I cut open my thumb while making dinner, so its wrapped up in bandaids, and that makes the keys on my blackberry seem even smaller -.-)
