King trotted towards where Sila was, his new scar on his muzzle blazing red. "Sila, I have a request." He dipped his head at her then held it high.

"I would like to ask of your permission, to become mates with Kisa," His eyes pleaded with her, he held his head high out of respect and hope, "Please Sila, I really care for her,"

She sat down,"Listen King,honestly I would like to but sadly... I cannot. Your too new and... I cannot afford losing my daughter or son. I know they would sob until they were so broken hearted they would die. I'm sorry,I believe you would make fine mates but.. I have my reasons. Listen,I would like to make a beta once you become more fimiliar around here."

King's eyes turned sad, he felt his heart skip a beat, he nodded his head but that was it.

"Just imagine what pain you'd be in if your pups did." She walked towards the edge and flew off,she stopped,hovering,waiting for King.

King followed her with a heavy heart.

She nuzzled King in a friendly way,"I don't like my pack members down. If it really means that much to you... I'll see what I can work out. But no promises."

His heart lifted a little and he looked at her, "Thank you Sila, if you try then I am grateful." he smiled at her.

She muttered,"Let's just hope Ally doesn't freak out when she hears you and Kisa are together."

King cocked his head, but didn't say anything.

She smiled,"Well then,I still have to teach you the art of bending all the elements if your to ever become beta. Let's go!" She plumeted down to the earth,but landed as light as a feather on a wind.

Kings heart was no longer heavy, Kisa had a mate and he liked somebody else he smiled as he landed next to Sila.

"Okay first,we shall start with water and air. Now concentrate on air first,imagine a gust of wind,move the water with it by imagining it moving the water,soon you'll be able to just stare ahead and water and air rushing to meet you,their friend. Watch." She blinked and water came rushing around her,it seemed to stop in mid-air around her. She smiled,"Now you try."

King nodded and do as she said, he concentrated and water came. He smiled, twisting it and making it different shapes.

"Good,now move air. Then we'll work on fire so you and Ally can work together."

King nodded and focused again he felt wind rippling around him.

"Great! Now it's quite different with fire because our fire comes from the ground. You must concentrate on penetrating the ground and brining the fire up,but once you get it it's easy!" She smiled brightly.

King stuck out his claws and dugthem into the ground. He thought of a bonfire to keep warn by and memorized the flames he saw in his head. He felt warmth, then a flicker of light appered and got bigger and hotter, then King sent it away.

"Good. Hold on a minute."
She howled to the shining sun overhead.

Ally heard her aunt's howl and grew her wings,she flew to them and smiled,"Hello aunt,Hello King."

King smiled happily,"Hi Ally."

She blinked innocently, "So um... What are we to do aunt?"[/b]

Sila just stepped back and flew into the air.


Ally muttered, "She always is pestering me about leaving him alone,yet she now she flys away!" She lifted up her bent head and smiled again. "Common,i'll show you fire territory."

King smiled and nodded his head.

She walked towards the larger part of fire terf first.

King followed her happily.
