Shaton herded the pretty mare back to Lucky and into the cave.

Mistella trotted in,her elegant palamino bodice swsihing as her pillars grabbed earth,kicking up dirt. She snorted and trotted up to Shaton's side. "Well,It's pretty.Your land.I ask one question,Is there a lead mare?". Mistella had always wanted a foal.

A bay arab mare strode through the trees, looking over with intelligant eyes. "That'd be me."

Mistella met the mare in height,if not an inch taller."Hello.I believe we haven't met?"She said politely,a hint of stone in her voice.Her gleaming amber eyes fell on the mare,watching her every move,reading her past through the mare's eyes.

She gave a small smirk. "Lady Luck." she introduced herself.

"Mistella."Shew whinnied back.

She dipped her head, and then turned to Shaton. "Have you any idea where we'll be in the mountains?" she asked, curious. He had said they were moving to the mountains of the territory.

She sighed, flicking one ear. "Okay." she said. She glanced over his shoulder and to the spot she had seen her daughter last, and thenflicked her atil against her rounded side. She trotted past, youching her muzzle along his neck as she went, and headed towards the forest.

He sighed,"Lucky can you PLEASE wait to foal before you explore more?"

She stopped and turned, laughing. "What, you don't want a repeat of last time? No one died. Everything went fine." she said, but blinked at a kick.

"Lucky,get your rump ove here before I make you." He said teasingly. Trotting after her he snipped her in the other direction."Why don't you show Mistella where she will be sleeping?"

She sighed, nipping his shoulder, and trotted towards the beach. "The den is a cavern in the cliff face. it's by the dunes."

"Wow...."She snorted quietly,examining the land.

"Lucky don't wade it to far!" He stepped beside Mistella."She is very lazy sometimes,i'll show you were you will be staying." He walked forward his nice coat sheen in the sun.

"She'll be fine,Shaton."She laughed,jumping straight into the water and swimming towards Lady Luck.

She rolled her eyes. "He's always like this. Even when im not going to foal any day. If i'm out of his sight, he get's mad." She waded in until the water covered her back. Looking over her shoulder at Shaton. She pointed towards a small black hole in the side of a cliff. "That's the den. It's right by the beach, but never floods.'

"Ok,I'll meet you there."She laughed,lunging forward into the water,diving deep below the surface in front of the den. Moments later she popped up,snorting to rid her nose of water.

Lady Luck climbed from the cool sea, shaking her coat of water. She flicked her tail, sending droplets arcing through the air, and slowly made her way towards the cavern.

Mistella climbed out onto the bank and awaited Shaton.

He snorted,Why don't they ever listen to me? One day something going to come along and remind them why I care so much! He walked over to Mistella. "Need something?"

"No.You coming?"She snorted,following Lady Luck into the cavern.

"No." Spinning on his heels he thought about it and threw his head up in the air. He turned to a tree and ramed into it,sending it tumbling to the ground,rearing his eyes red he growled malicously. Coming down with a hard thud his eyes terror swept over his land. Leaping forward with a burst of speed and ran towards the cove. Leaping onto the top of the cove he snorted,eyes raining terror onto the land.

Mistella winced as she heard a familar call.Thowra was watching from a tree,his gleaming brown eyes full of fury for Mistella left the herd in the Cascade Mountains.

He spun around,"Come down FOE!" He growled and lashed out Mistella was his.
