Ice suddenly dropped to her knees and rolled to one side. She knew what was happening. She pushed, and pushed, and pushed. Afew minutes later, a filly was beside Ice. Ice looked over at her, her baby was beautiful. She was almost pure black, just like her mother, except she had a strip of white on her face and a stocking on her front right leg. Ice turned and nuzzeled her baby, glad to finally be a mother.

Shaton slowly plodded towards Ice. He knew staying by a mare while her birthing wasn't the best idea. He nuzzled his filly."She is pretty Ice. What shall we name her?"

"I'm thinking something lke Amber. I'm not real sure, though."

"Perfect. I love it."

He smiled. "She will bring Sunshine and happiness to whomever see's her."

"You read my mind." Ice chuckled and looked over at her baby.

He nuzzled Sunshine. "She looks like you."

"Thankyou."

Sunshine tried to stand up, but fell down. She tried again, the same result. A look of determination spread across her face. She pushed herself up, and didn't fall this time. She walked over to her mother and suckled.

Ice laughed as her child tried to stand. "You can do it sweety!"

He smiled. He put his head against Ice's forehead. Rubbing against her hard fur gently.

Ice whinnied. She nuzzeled his neck.

"We better go back. I'm sure you'll have your hoofs' full trying to keep her from doing something she shoulden't." He chuckled and slowly removed himself and started slowly plodding back.

Ice laughed. She followed Shaton, Sunshine trying to keep up, and sucseeding.

He stopped and trotted quickly into the ocean,not wading far he let out a shrill call and seagulls flew out of their hiding places.

Ice didnt go into the ocean, she just stopped in front to graze. Sunshine suckled for a few minutes, then walked out into the ocean. Ice lifted her head, watching her baby. Sunshine walked a little to far, and Ice called her back witha shrill whinny. Sunshine didn't come back the first time, so Ice whinnied again. Thistime, sunshine walked back.

His shrill call also called dolphins. He had made friends with them once when Lucky and Lady were sleeping. Dolphins started leaping in the air magnificently,putting on a great show.

Sunshine smiled along with her mother at the dolphins. She lept up, landing perfectly.

Shaton whinnied and they paraded with alighment. Splashing water all over them. He loudly splashed into the water,Rearing the Dolphins' ended with a yipp and an amazing jump by Shaton. He landed with a thud,cantering hard into the oncean he trotted over to Ice.

"Wow, show-off," she replied, and couldn't help a small giggle, "Now I'm all wet."

He laughed,and nuzzled her playfully. "If you thought that was so amazing watch this!" He quickly cantered over to the Cove. Leaping high into the air he landed on the rock. Rearing he leaped down with a Lippizan kick/leap in the air. She snorted and flipped his mane.

"Woah, that was amazing. I'm serious."

He smiled and whickered something soft. Laughing he nodded to Sunshine to come over to him.

Sunshine happily trotted over to him.

Sushine nodded her head in agreement. Her movements seemed large for her body, as if un-porportioned correctly.
