Moonpaw turned and yowled once. A small calico femme slipped out of the nursery and looked up at Darkpelt. she squeaked and threw herself at him, burying her face in his fur. "You're the medicine cat I dreampt about! It's actually you!!"

He looked down, and smiled softly. "Hello." he said quietly. "Ypu dreamt about me? You should become a medicine cat if you can dream like that." he said, looking down at the kit.

Koikit smiled up at him,her face seeming to stretch she smiled so broadly. "Now, about those herbs?" She joked.

"Do you know where to find them?" he asked, standing again.

"Over here, this way. " She stood and trotted away into a large patch of many different herbs. "I started a garden back here as soon as I knew yoU were coming."

He smiled. "That is a new concept." he mumbled, thinking. "That's great!" he smiled. "I wonder why no one ever thought of that!" he looked down at the she-kit, and proud smile tugging at his mouth. "That's genius!"

Koikit's eyes sparkled. "Thanks so much!" she walked ove and sat in the middle of a patch of catnip. "What all do we need?"

He laughed. "Everything. Horsetail, Catnip, Juniper berries. All sorts."

She nodded and set to work pulling up catnip and dropping it into a neat pile. She left some to allow It To continue growing, and walked over to gather some poppy seeds.

He went to the horsetail, chewing off the tall stems at the base, leaving some others. Then he turned to the junipers, nipping berries off and putting them into neat piles.

She had collected a few heads full of poppy seeds in a matter of minutes and set to trying to drag them back to camp.

He chuckled, and picked up the horsetail, the bundle of juniper berries wrapped in a huge leaf, and picked up the bundle of catnip. He started off, making sure to be slightly ebhind thekit, as to make sure she didnt drop any.

After a fwe long minutes of dragging, the tiny Koikit had gotten the heads of poppy seads back to the medi-den. She looked up expectantly at (insert Rockeh's cat's name here), her tail straight up in the air.

Darkpelt mrowed in amusement, and. walked to a covered cavern in the wall, just big enough for him to fit. He sorted the packages into an order, a neat line along the wall. He turned and trotted out. "Put them next to the yarrow." He said, flicking the kits eartip with his tail.

Koikit giggled and twitched her ear, doing as she was told. She wandered back to the center of the meedi-den and looked up at a small rock overhang. The calico kitten leapt, scrabbling up. There was a sound like the rustling of feathers then a contented sigh.

He chuckled, and trotted out. He came back rolling a huge wad of moss and carrying about two dozen feather and one long fern frond. He spat out the feathers and frond, and then slipped out, and returned with two fern plants. He did the three times, and then ca$e back a forth with a lot of sticks, and set to work. He dug out a long channel, splitting two thirds of the small clearing from the rest. He dropped the ferns into the channel, creating a wall, with an entrance big enough for a cat to walk through. Then he filled dirt around them, and set to work setting up five comfy nests, with four feathers each. He trotted into the main clearing, with a large cobweb wad. He walked around the edge if the clearing, gathering more, and then set the sticks into two equal piles. He started making one into a grid pattern, using cobwebs to bind them into place. Then he dragged it into the inside of the other den, sticking it firmly into the ground, stopping the fern fronds from overgrowing the den. Then he set to work on the other pile, doing the same thing when it was done. He sat, panting slightly, to admire his handiwork. Then, in a small niche on the edge, he staryed digging a round, shallow hole, wich he filled with the rest of the moss, and feathers, and surrounded with the fern frond. He stood in the middle of the main clearing. "Koikit! Come look."

Koikit yawned and jumped down, her tiny body making no noise whatsoever as she padded over to see Darkpelt's work. "Wow!" She squeaked, looking around in amazement. "It's so amazing!" She blinked for a moment and got a somewhat mischevious look on her face. She leapt back to her little den and rustled around. Koikit hopped back down, holding a large buldled leaf in her jaws. She set it down and pulled out a fully-intact dragonfly, setting it ever so carefully on a bed. She smiled up at Darkpelt and walked back to her leaf, pulling out a bee this time. She repeated this until each bed had an insect on it for decoration. Koikit sat down and smiled proudly at their work.

He laughed. "Very good." He flicked his tail against her ear. "But remeber to take them off if we get a sick cat."

Koikit nodded and looked down at the ground, thinking. She looked back up at Darkpelt. "What do we do now?"

"Do you know all your herbs?" He said, watching her. A silver she-cat bounded in, eyes an equivalent blue to Darkpelts. She crashed into him, grinning. He meowed, and leapt away from his sister.

"I think so..." she said quietly, thinking. She looked up and chuckled at Darkpelt's sister. She said something about Starclan under her breath and smiled.

The she cat leaped aside and sat, fur sleek like nothing had happened. Darkpelts fur was ruffled, and he set to work smoothing it again. "Hello, brother. Hello, little one." She said, smiling. Darkpelt grunted.

Koikit sat down and picked up a paw, waving gently. "Hello there, how are you?" She looked up with interested and sweet but young eyes.

She purred softly. "Goood." She said, flicking her tail. "And how are you, little one?"
Darkpelt straightened up. " Have you met my sister, Skyheart?"

"Good, you?" Koikit said friendily. Her head snapped towards Darkpelt and she smied broadly. "Only in dreams."
