Xander looked up at Jace with a slightly raised eyebrow, and gave a small grin. He let go of the boy's hand just long enough to open the bottle, and set the cap onto the counter. He took a rather tiny sip, before setting down the bottle as well. He took hold of Jace's hand again, and settled his head back into it's place. He watched as Jace grabbed a bottle of beer, before closing his eyes, enjoying the closeness between them. He realized that he hadn't blushed when Jace had called him Little Raven. So he was getting used to it. He smiled, and shifted slightly. He'd just gotten completely comfortable, when he heard a cry of surprise. He turned just as Jace did, so he didn't have to let go of his hand. At the sight of the larger man, Xander shrunk into Jace's side, eyes wide with bewilderment? Why was Jace laughing? Then he realized that the man wasn't hurting Julian.

He calmed slightly, but remained tense. He realized he'd totally squashed himself into Jace, and sort of looked like he was cowering. He blushed lightly, before moving so the boy wouldn't be so smushed. He stared warily at the older man, unsure of what to think about him. But the way Julian way acting, hugging his neck and kissing his cheek, he wasn't too big of a threat. He pulled his lower lip into his mouth, and chewed on it lightly, pulling his free hand up in his sleeve. His face was mostly hidden, his bangs covering what wasn't already concealed by the shadows from his hood. He stared at the man, Talon, with large, round eyes. Was he a friend?

Jace grinned down at Xander when he pressed himself against his side. "It's alright little raven. Talon is an old friend and Julian's current boyfriend." he told him, laughing softly. He wrapped an arm around Xander's shoulders and pulled him against him. Talon released Julian except for a hand that hooked around the boy's waist, holding him still. A kind smile crossed his lips at the sight of Jace and Xander. "I see you've finally settled down a little." Talon commented to Jace, his voice deep but smooth. "And I see you've successfully managed to keep Julian mostly out of trouble." Jace retorted. "Where have you been lately?" he asked. "I was working out of state for a while. Nothing big." Talon replied with a shrug. "Who's your friend?" he asked. "This is Xander. He's attending the same school Julian will be going to." Jace told him.

Xander relaxed immensely when Jace explained that Talon was a friend. Xander snuggled into the boy as he settled his arm over Xander's shoulder. He smiled up at him, before resting his head on his chest. He probably would've been purring, had it been humanly possible. He looked up at Talon, and studied him for a moment.. He seemed okay. Xander could trust him, he figured, until the older boy gave him reason not to. He gave the teeniest of smiles, and waved from the safety of Jace's arms. His smile widened when Jace mentioned about he and Julian going to the same school. Honestly, he was kind of excited to go to school. It was weird, since school was usually the worst kind of hell for him. The worst part of his day. Torture. But with a friend, all that could change. Xander reached for his water bottle, taking another small sip before setting it back on the counter. He settled his head back onto Jace's chest, his hood falling over his face a bit more.

Talon smiled kindly at Xander when the boy waved at him. "It's nice to meet you." he told him. He grinned mischievously down at Julian. "You won't be getting away with much at school this year. I've been hired as a temporary English teacher. They're not sure if they will be able to find one at all this year so I got the job until then." he told the blonde. Julian's eyes widened slightly before he smiled brightly. "We are so gonna make your class interesting aren't we Xander?" he laughed happily. Talon sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. Jace started laughing. "Good luck." he laughed, squeezing Xander briefly against him.

Xander gave a small nod, and raised a brow. So Talon would be his English teacher until they found a permanent replacement for the old one. Cool. So he'd have two friends. His smile widened as Julian spoke, and most likely would have laughed if he could have. He giggled lightly at Talon's reaction, before taking the opportunity to snuggle in closer to Jace, when the boy quickly pulled him against him(Sounded funneh xD) He gave a contented sigh, enjoying the time he was spending with Jace, and also the two boys he'd just met. Xander didn't want the day to end. Unfortunately, it would, and he'd have to return to his annoying parents. But, he was sure that the time away from Jace would be time spent thinking about him. He realized he'd zoned out, and blinked, looking around, hoping he hadn't missed out on anything. He was pretty sure he would have fallen asleep, from how comfortable he was at the moment.

The only think that had happened when Xander zoned out was that a girl bumped into Talon and when she had turned to apologize she saw how he was standing with Julian so close. She then had made a rather rude comment and sneered at Julian, who was now being held back by Talon to prevent the blonde from attempting to tear the girl limb from limb.

Xander widened his eyes as he watched Julian struggling to get at some girl. He wondered why, but immediately figured it out. He desperately wanted to grab his water bottle and throw it at her, but that would be stupid. Instead, he turned his gaze to the blond headed boy. Julian. Stop. He said, this time raising if voice slightly so it could better be heard. He winced slightly afterword, but at the moment, the pain didn't matter. He pulled out his notebook, and began scribbling furiously. He gave a small smile, before handing the note to Julian. He leaned back into Jace, and glared slightly at the girl. Julian, don't let it get to you. So she was rude to you and Talon. It shouldn't matter what others think. It's what you think about yourself. He;d written. God, he was such a hypocrite. But he hated watching Julian trying to get at the girl. He looked up at Jace, before settling his gaze on the floor.

Jace jumped slightly at Xander's voice, noticing Julian go still in surprise. Talon sent the girl a look that sent her quickly into another room. He loosened his grip when Julian took the note Xander handed him. His eyes widened slightly in surprise before a smile appeared. "You are completely right. Sorry about that. I just so sick and tired of people like that." Julian sighed. "And that's why your parents put you in those classes for so long." Talon reminded him. Jace smiled softly down at Xander and kissed him gently on the cheek.

Xander rubbed his throat lightly, and grabbed his bottle of water, taking a few sips. He relaxed once the girl left the room, and Julian calmed down. He smiled as the blond boy did, and was glad that Julian felt better. He nodded in understanding after Julian spoke, and leaned back against Jace. He'd shifted when he'd gotten his water, and so he was standing up against the boy, instead of next to him. He didn't mind, of course. Especially when Jace placed a kiss on his cheek. He blushed, though lightly. He raised a brow when Talon said something about classes, but didn't question them. Instead, he settled his head back against Jace's chest, sighing in contentment.

Jace wrapped both arms around Xander and rested his chin on the boy's head. "You wanna go to my place? We can watch a movie." he asked Talon and Julian. Julian, of course, nodded immediately. Talon simply shrugged. "What about you little raven?" he asked Xander.

(Cute? He's sexy as hell! Omg.)

Xander looked up, even though he couldn't really see Jace. He smiled, before settling his eyes on the other two. He wrapped his arms around himself, clasping Jace's hands in his. At the mention of a movie, He perked up a bit more. The less people, the better. He'd noticed the stares that people were giving them. This time, however, he didn't mind them. They didn't upset him like they normally would have. When asked if he wanted to go, he nodded, though it was slight, since Jace's chin was on his head. His smile widen, and he exhaled deeply.

Jace smiled when Xander nodded. He pulled back to hold his hand. "Then let's be on our way." he said happily. Julian grinned and grabbed Talon, all but dragging the man out the kitchen door, Jace following along with Xander. "We'll meet you at your place." Talon called over his shoulder before hurrying over to where Julian was getting on a sleek black motorcycle. Jace nodded and waved as Talon tried to keep Julian from tipping it over.

Xander laced his fingers with Jace's and was practically bouncing on his toes. He grinned, and followed Jace as the boy followed Julian, who was practically dragging Talon outside. Xander giggled breathily, He stifled a laugh as Talon had to keep Julian from tipping over the motorcycle. He turned toward Jace's Mustang, and looked up at Xander. He wondered what movie they'd be watching.

( I know -_- can't life just give a girl a break! )

Jace led Xander to the Mustang and held the passenger side door for him before going to his side and getting in. He started the car up. "What kind of movies do you like?" he asked the boy.

(A friend and I are planning on stalking him across the country while he's on tour. Wanna join? And, I honestly think it's awesome that he's gay xD I love gay people SO much.)

Xander happily followed along, and ducked into the car as Jace held the door open for him. He was a bit more excited than probably would have been normal. But, He had an excuse. He'd never done this before, watching a movie with someone. He never even watched TV much. He was usually hiding up in his room, absorbed in his books. He looked over to Jace as he asked him the type of movies he liked. He figured horror movies, since he'd have even more of an excuse to cuddle into Jace. He didn't really feel like struggling to pull his pen out of his skinnies, and so he made a scary face, and held out his arms in a zombie-like fashion. He smiled afterward, and giggled breathily.

(I love gay people to, but the cutest guys are gay... T_T so not fair for the female race. lol I'd love to join!)

Jace laughed at the face Xander made. "Horror movies it is then." he said with a smile. It wasn't long before they were pulling into his driveway. He pulled the Mustang into the garage next to the motorcycle. Once he got out he went around to open Xander's door. "Home sweet home." he said, grinning.

(Yeah xD Honestly, if I were a dude, I'd totally be gay. And, WHOO!)

Xander couldn't help but giggle a bit harder at Jace's laughter. He looked at the boy's house. He liked it. He got out of the car once Jace opened it for him, and his eyes settled immediately onto the motorcycle. He looked at Jace with a raised brow. He hadn't thought him the type to drive a motorcycle. He smiled, and stepped closer to Jace, wrapping his arms loosely around him.

Jace simply shrugged at Xander's look. "What can I say? I like fast vehicles." he said with a grin as he gently gripped the boy's upper arm with one hand and caressed his cheek with the other one. He ducked his head and teasingly kissed the side of the boy's mouth.

Xander giggled, and blushed lightly. He had a thing for them too. He leaned into Jace's hand, and smiled. He was slightly taken aback by Jace's tease, and he smiled wickedly. He reached up, and did something that even surprised him. He softly pressed his lips to Jace's, before pulling back, his face reddening a bit more.

Jace's eyes widened in surprise when Xander kissed him on the mouth, but a huge smile quickly appeared on his lips. He ducked his head down and kissed Xander back gently. He jerked back at a sharp whistle and laugh from Julian as Talon pulled his motorcycle up the driveway.

Xander smiled against Jace's lips as the boy bent over and returned the one Xander had given him. He kissed back, only to pull away quickly at the sound of a whistle and a laugh. He noticed Jace had pulled back to. He turned, and almost glared at Julian and Talon. Xander's cheeks turned a bright red, and he angled his head down so that his bangs hid his face.

Jace glared half heartedly at Julian before sighing and grabbing Xander's hand. "Let's go in and watch a movie little raven." he said to the boy. He pulled him along and entered the kitchen from the garage, Julian and Talon following along behind them. He pointed in the direction of the living room. "Go on in there and I'll be right back. The movies are in my room." he told him before disappearing down the hallway. Julian and Talon had already headed in the direction of the room, finding a comfortable seat on one of the two couches in front of the T.V.

Xander followed Jace as the boy pulled him into the house. He looked around the kitchen, as if he'd just discovered Narnia. He smiled excitedly, and walked into the direction Jace had pointed to. He complied to Jace's instruction, and shuffled into the room. He watched Jace walk off down the hallway, and had the urge to follow him. But, he didn't. He entered the living room, and noticed that Julian and Talon had already claimed on of the couches. He settled on the other one, making himself comfortable. Well, as much as he could without Jace there. He stared down at his hands, studying the scars that crisscrossed across the backs of them.

Jace found one of his favorite horror movies and brought it into the living room, grabbing a blanket off the rack near the door as he walked by. He tossed the blanket over Xander's head, chuckling, as he moved around the couch to put the movie in. Once he got everything hooked up he shut off the lights and joined Xander on the other couch with a grin.

Xander waited patiently, staring down at his hands. Suddenly, a blanket landed on his head, and he flailed his arms, trying to get it off. He scowled at Jace as the boy went to put the movie in. He set the blanket in his lap, and waited for Jace come over and sit next to him. When he did, Xander smiled back and snuggled up to Jace, pulling the blanket over the both of them. He rested his head on the boy's shoulder, and stared at the TV.
