Magnus' mood was decreasing with every minute, fatigue and pain tiring him.No. He said shortly.

Adonis' smile disappeared at his short answer, but he couldn't blame the man after everything he had been through. "Then perhaps you should get some more sleep." he suggested.

Magnus grunted and ignored him, focusing on the show in front of him.

Adonis' expression became downcast when Magnus ignored him, but he was used to being ignored so it didn't really bother him much. He turned his back towards Magnus and disappeared back into the kitchen to clean up the small mess made when he made the pancakes.

Magnus curled up into a fetal position on the couch and closed his eyes.

Adonis was just finishing washing the dishes and getting ready to dry them off and put them away.

Magnus could not get to sleep and chose to just lay there instead, scowling.

Adonis put the dishes away before heading back to the living room. He noticed that Magnus was still awake and scowling. He thought about asking him if he was alright, but hesitated. He didn't want to upset the man if he was already in a fowl mood.

(No idea. You wanna take the reins?)

Magnus looked up at Adonis.Sorry. He muttered.I shouldn't have ignored you like that.

Adonis looked at Magnus in surprise. "I-It's fine." he said, his tone shocked. No one had ever apologized for ignoring him before. "I'm used to it. You don't need to apologize." he added.

Magnus glanced at him.You... you're used to it? But how could anybody ever ignore you? He asked, genuinely confused.

Adonis' expression became very confused at Magnus' question. "What do you mean?" he asked. "People have always ignored me, especially anyone in my past relationships. If you can even call them relationships." he told him, his voice becoming a whisper towards the end. He could vividly recall the times they chose to not ignore him, which only happened when they had a bad day or were just looking for a punching bag to relieve their anger.

Magnus furrowed his eyebrows.But... you're beautiful. He said, nothing but truth on his face.

Adonis blushed at his words. "How much electricity went through you?" he asked, trying to say it in a joking tone although it failed miserably.

Magnus shrugged.Um, ow. He muttered. It didn't impair my vision, you know.

Adonis blushed even more, feeling somewhat uncomfortable. "Um...thanks...I guess." he mumbled, not believing the man, but agreeing with him to avoid an argument.

Magnus rolled his eyes. He would have to fix this mans self image. Hmmm... Maybe he could do something about it later. For now, he sat up, groaning a bit. He wanted coffee. His eyes widened as a cup of coffee appeared in his hand.Adonis... My magic!

Adonis jumped slightly in surprise at the cup of coffee that appeared in Magnus' hand, turning wide eyes to the man's face. It seemed it was working properly again.

Magnus made a satisfied noise as he tasted the coffee.Pumpkin spice. He grinned. He closed his eyes, rolling his shoulders as blue sparks dancing over the skin. He lifted his arms experimentally. Perfect. His shoulders cracked and popped from the strain of not being used and at the same time being used way too much.

Adonis couldn't help a small smile as Magnus was finally able to move around a bit. "Feeling better?" he asked.

Magnus nodded, then cringed.Be honest... How bad do I look? He asked. He knew his hard was undone, his favourite jeans ripped and he didn't want to think of the state of his vintage leather jacket that he loved so much.

"A little worse for wear, but you still look fine to me. I'm sure you will be back to normal in no time." Adonis told him. It was still odd for him to see Magnus without a lot of colors and glitter even though they had not known each other long.

Magnus grunted and strode out of the room, barely yelling something about taking a shower before he disappeared into the bathroom.

Adonis watched Magnus leave before sighing. He looked around for a moment. In all of the chaos he had forgotten about Chairman Meow and he was curious about where the kitten had run off to.

A small meow sounded in the corner where Chairman Meows peaceful sleep had been interrupted rudely by all the commotions.
