Alil's ears drooped. She reached down and nudged Secret's side gently with her nose. "What's wrong?" She asked in a shrill whisper. That's when she noticed the giant scar across his face. Her heart skipped a beat or two. "What did you do?!" She asked him in a breathless gasp, nudging him in the side, trying to comfort him.
