She was led in, her coat glowing faintly a golden color. This was the rebellious daughter of Apollo's horse friend, Aethon. This was the Sun's Prophecy, only a few days old, and she was for sale.
She was a strong young "unknown" breed of horse. In reality, she was the Breed of The Gods, created specially by Posiden. She could run one full lap around the large arena at this age and not tire; three as she grew. She was immortal, but still vulnerable to fall in battle. Muscles gkeamed under her black coat, even at this early stage, she was buff and relentless. And she would make the perfect race horse. Or battle companion, for a halfblood, considering she would sprout her wings any day now.
She held her head up tall, eyes wite and mystifying. She looked more like Artemis's horse than Apollo's.
"Shall we start the bid at $10,000?"

Grant walked up,speaking loudly,"How about $50,000?" People usually wouldn't do that but Grant was a different kind of person.

He rambled on, not surprised. Heck, she was headstrong, but she was a beauty.

"How much for her immediately? $200,000?"She asked,curious. She'd pay that much or more for this little filly.

"Yeah."

"I'll take her."She smiled,holding out a check that was already made out.

The stable hand took the check, opening the doors quickly and quietly. sShe held her head high as the reins were offered to the buyer.
