Bodango lifted his head to reply. "That's true. Doesn't she have a matte(Idk.) To help her with her work?" I asked.

"A what?" He asked, shaking his head.

ANOTHER trailer pulled into the driveway,the trailer driver hopped out and opened the doors.the driver pulled out a beautiful Sorrel mare, carefully the driver put the nervous, in heat, mare tied to a pole.Sparklite bobbed her head, she looked at the driver.The driver patted her on the head, and got back in his truck and drove off.She had a little radio on her saddle, it was playing her racing song.She whinnied softly, she tried pulling back on the rope.

Virginia came out of the mare barn, and stopped. "Again!" She sighed. She walked up. "Hi babe." She said softly, stroking her forehead.

She whinnied nervously again, she calmed down when her song played gently.She calmed more down as she was petted, she snorted softly.

(Sorry. I meant to say mate)

Bodango sighed. "Nevermind..." He muttered. His ear perked when he heard the sounds of hoofs clattering down a trailer. No doubt another horse getting dumped. He couldn't see the horse, but he could tell it was a mare. One that was in heat too. He whinnied loudly in hello.

Cleo bent down to graze, ignoring the trailer she heard outside.

She bobbed her head, she was still tied to a pole.She nickered back to Bodango, in hello as well.She tugged the rope on the pole once more.

Bodango wanted to meet the mare. He backed up, until his flank touched the barn wall, and he cantered toward the fence, jumping it. he galloped toward where he was left the night before, and skidded to a halt when he saw Virginia. He nudged her gently with his nose, then whickered to the sorrell mare.

(oh yah, Btw her song for shows Still Alive it will play just to comfort her in shows and at night :/ )

She whinnied gingerly and softly, she started trotting around the pole tying herself up more.She got stuck so she trotted the other way, she snorted.She was still nervous, she didn't know what to do at all.

Virginia untied the mare, gently stroking her nose. She frowned at Bodango. "That definitely isn't allowed. Even my jumpers know not to do that." She sighed.

Bodango didn't like being scolded. He lowered his head, stuck out his bottom lip, and gave the horsey version of the puppy face. He whickered softly, as if to say he was sorry.

"You better be feeling guilty." She tapped his nose, and she led the mare to a paddock to herself. "Let's get this tack off." She put the stereo on the fence, and undid the girth, pulling off the saddle and saddle cloth and placing that also on the fence. She opened the gate and led the mare into the paddock, locking it again behind her and undoing the mares halter.

She whinnied nervously, she wanted her radio turned on for her.She turned her head, and bobbed at the radio button.She really really had gotten, use to that wonderful song.She lied down, and she snorted softly.She was just about to fall asleep, when she felt a mouse scatter onto her rump.She didn't mind the mouse, she just fell asleep.

Virginia turned down the radio so it was loud enough for the mare to hear but quiet enough not to bother anyone else. She watched the mouse. "If you go into my barns, the ratters will catch you." She warned softly.

Bodango followed Virginia, still feeling guilty. Seeing that she was busy with the mare, he walked over to some grass and grazed.

Virginia pat the mares neck, then walked towards the stud barn. "Well come on, Bodango." She smiled. She put out the first four horses in the hot walker, and then went into the tack room, searching through her spare bridles. She came out, holding a snaffle with a flash noseband. "Alright boy, let's see how you ride. Stay there." She hung the bridle up, and grabbed a blue saddle pad, putting her hunter saddle on his back and tightening up the girth. She pulled the bridle ap over his face, and waited for him to take the bit.

Bodango pulled the bit into his mouth and chewed on it. He bobbed his head in excitement. He was finally going to be ridden. The only person that had ever ridden him was hos previous owner's wife, who wasn't home very often.

She fastened the chin strap and cheek strap, and took the flash out, putting in the side of her boot. She pulled the reins off over her head, and grabbed her helmet, pulling her hair into a low ponytail and clicking the buckle. She clicked her tongue and began leading him towards the arena.

Bodango followed, prancing a little in excitment. He needed to release all the pent up energy that had been building of for the past two weeks. he whinnied happily, and pulled at the reins, headig toward the arena
