A silver sports car pulled to a stop, coming off a dirt road. A blonde girl got out, in a white dress. Her hair was silvery blonde, her eyes silver, her skin pale pale cream, her lips rosy red. She was parked on a cliff, a sandy beach at the base. The ocean spread out, beautiful blue colour, to all horizons. Lee pulled off the dress, wearing a black bikini under it. she put her bag on the bonnet of her silver porsche. She dumped her cover-dress and flip-flops on thebag, and stepped to the edge of the cliff.

two shapes shot past, too fast to see if they were anmial or human, but the laughing gave it away ( UNLESS...eagles found a way to start laungin0

Lee half rolled her eyes, but other than that, she ignored them. She stepped to the edge, grinned, and jumped, doing a couple of flips, and ending with a dive into the blue transparent water. She smiled, coming to the surface, and pulling her wet hait out of her eyes. She went under again, swimming through the reefs, eyes open.

Lee surfaced again, watching tropical fish swim around the reefs, teir shapes distorted by the ripples. She turned when one of the shapes entered the water, and floated on the spot.

One shaped plunged in ( FINALLY! if you want anythig fized, you gotta do it yourself)

She sat on a reef, and called out, "I know there are two of you here." she wanted to add, i was raised by a dragon..but she didnt.

Will's head popped up," Huh? theres only me" than a ruffled eagle flew over," Oh Al, yeah hes always following me"

"Exactly, two." she said, pulling on her hair to get the water out. It looked gold in the sun. "I can count. Im Lee, by the way."

Will chuckled," Al dosnt count as a person"

Al screeched and landed on Will's head

She rolled her eyes. "I never said people." she said, amusement in her voice. she turned and started swimming towards the mile-mark. She swam atleast 2 miles a day, to the buoy and back.

Will dived under and Al coasted near the water

Lee swiftly reached the buoy, and pulled herself up to sit on it, watching a ray coast along the bottom of the water, sunlight not reflecting off the siurface making the turquoise water clear.

Will burst out of the water and flew straight away

Al ccocked his head as he sat on the bouy top.

Lee looked up at Al, watching him. She watched a reef shark swim lazily through the water. Then she dove, splashin Al, and swam, underwater mostly, back to the foot of the cliff. Here there was a small strip of beach, surrounded by the walls of the cliff. She walked out, sitting out in the sun on the sand.

Al topples over and lands in the water, unable to swim he screeches loudly. ( did you know eagles cant swim? i didntb lbol jk jk)

Lee jumps up. sighs, and dives into the shallows, rapidly swimming towards him. She dove under, scopped him up, and sat on the bouy again, holding the soaked eagle in her lap, breathing deeply, water dripping off her body, streaming out of her hair.

ABl screeched. flapping her wigns to take off, but they were wet and not workin

"Shush, shush." she said softly, stroking the back of Als head softly. "I gotta take you to the beach.' she said, trying to think of a way to get him to the beach and keep him dry. She settled on something, and slid into the water, holding him. She swam on her back, holding the eagle just abovethe water. They slowly made it to the beack, and she set the eagle on the warm sand, kneeling next to it.

Al shuffled his wigns, getting them filled with sand. He screeched and you could asically hear," MY FEATHERS!!!!! ARRRRRRRRRG!!!!!!!!! im never going to get this out, im going to go ald!"

She rolled her eyes. "Stop moving." she said. She had to carry him to the shallows of the water, where she gently washed the sand from his wings. Then she carried him to a ledge in the sun, swept all of the sand off of it, and gently placed him on it.

Al jumped onto her shoulder and cliked gently into her ear, it was his version of a thanks, He spread his wigns and took off, the sun glinting off his feathers

"Your welcome.' she said, the wind carrying her voice to the bird. Then she turned to the cliff face, and started climbing, water glinting on her skin as she slowly scaled the steep rock.
